OTHER CATEGORIES:

The Mr. Robot premiere is up for writing, and it was a pretty strong episode. GoT’s “Battle of the Bastards” is also up for that, but the writing was not that episode’s strong point. If anything, it was one of the weaker aspects.

“Battle of the Bastards” and “The Door” are both nommed for directing, and while “The Door” had that incredible end sequence, “Bastards” was amazing beginning to end.


In “Variety Sketch Series”, SNL had a decent year, but I quite enjoyed Documentary Now! And would like it to get some recognition.
